The Website operates as an online information platform and includes a service that enables the User to submit requests for Products and/or Services from the Advertiser advertised on the Website or through the Advertiser's websites (hereinafter the "Service") via its tracking platform (hereinafter the "Software").

The Operator only facilitates communication between the provider of products and/or services and the User. The Operator is not a provider of any service and/or product.

By submitting any information, you accept these Website Terms of Use, under which we provide you with information to process your request aimed at entering into a contract between you and the Advertiser for the acquisition of the services or products advertised on the Website or through the Advertiser's websites.

All material, including banners, videos, and other content displayed on the Website (hereinafter the "Content"), is provided solely for advertising and informational purposes and must not be used for any other purpose. The User assumes full responsibility for actions related to their use of the Website, including, without limitation, the maintenance or creation of backups of any data.

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, software code, domain names, and any other proprietary rights related to the Website, Software, and Content, are the exclusive property of the Operator, its affiliates, successors, and assigns.

The Operator grants the User a personal, revocable, limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and non-transferable license to use the Website, the Software, and the Content solely for personal use. This license does not allow the User to modify, copy, store, reproduce, transmit, publish, license, sublicense, display, rent, sell, exploit, or distribute in any way any data, intellectual property, or materials provided by the Operator through the Website in any manner not expressly permitted by these Terms.

Any unauthorized use of the Website, including deep linking, scraping, automated access, hacking attempts, or any actions that impose an excessive burden on the Website's infrastructure, is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

The Operator disclaims all liability for any breach related to the Website, the Service, the Software, any information, or third-party links. The Operator shall not be liable for any costs or damages resulting directly or indirectly from any such transaction.

In no event shall the Operator be liable to any party for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Website, the Content, or the Software.

The Advertiser remains solely and fully responsible for any issues related to the accuracy, quality, or content of their advertising materials, products, and/or services. Any claims for damages or complaints related to the Website, Content, or Services must be directed to the Advertiser.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

The effective date of use of the Website by the User shall be the date of registration. The Operator may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms to any party at any time without notice to the User. The User may not assign their rights or obligations without the prior written consent of the Operator.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the User and the Operator regarding the use of the Website.

The following provisions shall survive termination of these Terms: Intellectual Property Rights, Limitation of Liability, and any other provision that by its nature should survive termination.

These Terms may be modified or supplemented by the Operator unilaterally at any time. The new version of the Terms will come into effect from the moment of its publication on the Website. If the User does not agree with the new Terms, they must stop using the Website and the Service.
