We collect your personal information so that you can use our website and/or the Service. Detailed information about how we handle your personal information is set out in this Privacy Policy.

This page informs you about our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you, as a user of this website (hereinafter "you" or the "User"), use the site.

By using the website, you consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with this Policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, the terms used herein have the same meaning as in our Website Terms of Use.

Methods and Principles for Processing Personal Information

We respect the security of your data and process it in a fair, lawful, and transparent manner, in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable Canadian privacy laws. We comply with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and any other applicable privacy regulations in Canada.

To prevent unauthorized disclosure or use of personal information and other security incidents, we have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures.

In the event of a data breach that may pose a high risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify you without undue delay using the email address you have provided.

We will not process your personal information for purposes that require your consent unless you have previously given that consent.

Personal Information We Collect

Processing of personal information begins once you submit it through the registration form on the website. By submitting the registration form, you agree to enter into a contract with us under which we facilitate communication between the provider of the Products and/or Services (the "Advertiser") and you, for the purpose of managing your request to enter into a contract with the Advertiser regarding the Services or Products offered on the website.

We collect and process users' IP addresses and cookies. Cookies are small data files sent by a web server and stored on your device to help improve your user experience on our site. You may refuse the use of cookies by disabling them in your browser settings; however, limiting cookie use may affect the functionality of the website.

You represent that all personal information you provide is current, true, and accurate. You are responsible for any damages arising from the submission of incorrect or inaccurate personal information.

How We Process Personal Information

Personal information is processed primarily by automated means. Such automated processing does not, by itself, produce legal effects concerning you or significantly affect you in a similar way.

We may delegate the processing of personal information to third-party service providers for bulk communications, data processing, information technology, and cloud computing services. We select these providers with due diligence to ensure your personal information remains protected throughout the process.

To use the Service, it is necessary for your personal information to be made available to the Advertisers.

Your data may be transferred to other countries, including jurisdictions that may not offer the same level of protection as Canadian law. Advertisers and data processors are the recipients of your personal information. To fulfill the contract between you and us, it is necessary that personal information be disclosed to the Advertisers as set out in the Terms. All transfers of personal information are carried out with appropriate safeguards to ensure your data remains properly protected.

Legal Basis and Retention Periods

To provide you with quality Services, we must process the personal information you provide in the registration form or communicate to us by other means. We process your data for as long as we provide the Services to you in accordance with the Terms.

We process your IP address, email address, and information obtained through cookies to send you notifications about services and products related to the website, as well as commercial offers that may be of interest to you. These commercial offers may come from Advertisers or other business partners. This processing is based on your consent (by checking the relevant box in the registration form). You have the right to withdraw your consent for the collection and processing of your personal information at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal or other processing based on different legal grounds. Processing of your email address for this purpose will continue until you withdraw your consent.

Your Rights as a Data Subject

Under applicable Canadian privacy law (primarily PIPEDA), you have the following rights, among others:
- Right to access your personal information
- Right to correct or update inaccurate or incomplete data
- Right to request deletion or blocking of your data where appropriate
- Right to withdraw your consent for the processing of your data at any time
- Right to object to the processing of your data for certain purposes, including the sending of commercial communications
- Right to file a complaint with the appropriate supervisory authority (the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the relevant provincial authority)

Please note that, to the extent we act solely as an intermediary between you and the Advertiser and do not determine the purposes and means of processing carried out by the Advertisers, we are not responsible for the database or the processing performed by them.

We will respond to your requests within the time limits set by applicable law and, in any case, within a reasonable period not exceeding forty (40) business days from receipt. If we cannot process your request, we will inform you without delay. We will primarily use electronic means of communication, such as email or instant messaging. If you prefer another means of communication, please let us know.

Any communication and action we take will generally be free of charge; however, where appropriate, we may charge reasonable fees taking into account administrative costs and other expenses related to manifestly unfounded or excessive requests.

You may file a complaint regarding the protection of your personal information with the competent supervisory authority, or seek judicial remedies if you believe your rights have been violated. You may also submit any complaint or request directly to us.

If you need more information about the competent authorities in Canada or any other matter related to this Privacy Policy, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be modified or updated by us unilaterally at any time. The new version of the Privacy Policy will come into effect from the moment it is published on the website.

If you continue to use the website and the Service after any modification to the Privacy Policy, it will be considered that you accept the new Policy and consent to its application.
